Overnight Cinnamon Baked French Toast
I love breakfast, but I love bread even more. Put them together and you’ve got yourself French toast! The one thing that I don’t like about breakfast is getting up early to make it. I’m a last minute kind of person, waking up 15 minutes before I have to be ready and out the door in the morning.
Leave it plain as the recipe dictates, or throw in blueberries or apple chunks to give it a little more dimension. And what I love about this dish is that you can decrease the cooking time a bit in order to result in a more moist bread pudding-like dish…or bake it a little longer to make the final product more crispy and “done. It was soooo good! The pictures don’t do it justice.
